WHAT IS AN “APOSTILLE” STAMP?

Stamp “Apostille”stamped on the documents that are to be used in countries that have acceded to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961. Documents stamped “Apostille” recognized by all the authorities of the Hague Convention and can officially be used in these countries. In most cases, the stamp “Apostille” is affixed to the following documents:  notarized copies of documents (power of attorney, consent, notarized copies of documents, notifications, etc.) , originals of  birth certificates, death certificates, certificates of marriage, divorce, original documents on education (diploma of secondary and higher education, the Diploma Supplement, inserts for certificates, etc.), corporate documents (certificate of tax registration, incorporation treaties, statutes, state registration certificate).
